  • Financial & Employment Supporting Documents (Visa Facilitation Only): Employment letters, salary slips, bank statements, company sponsorship certificates, and tax returns strictly as requested by the target consulate or embassy.
  • Booking Preferences: Flight schedules, travel dates, hotel choices, and special travel requirements.
  • Technical Logs: IP address, device type, browser information, and website engagement metrics.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process personal data solely to fulfill our commercial consulting and travel arrangements:

  • Assessing visa eligibility and preparing application dossiers, appointment slots, and cover letters.
  • Booking flight tickets, hotel rooms, resort packages, and ground transfers.
  • Sending direct milestone updates and case tracking via WhatsApp or email.

  • Infrastructure Providers: Secure cloud hosting and verified communication platforms (such as Meta/WhatsApp business APIs) used to send your documentation and status updates.

5. Data Retention & Document Storage

  • Documents shared with us (such as passport copies and bank statements) are stored in restricted-access environments.
  • Once a visa application is concluded or travel is completed, supporting financial files are purged in accordance with standard internal audit procedures, unless retention is required for legal, tax, or statutory compliance by Racine Nexus.
